Q1:What is your regular practice about terms of payment?
A: TT: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance paid against shipping docs. For small amounts, say less than USD1000, full payment in advance to save bank fees.
Q2: When can I get the price?
A: usually quote within 24 hours after we receive your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q3: Can the sample charge be refunded or deducted from the payment for goods?
A: The sample fee will be refundable to you once your order is confirmed
